I've found d2d to be very reliable. When people ordering from EA were whining about codes I was sitting looking at my code. Give it time I cannot see how they can sell you an OB product and not provide.

Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

It's not the codes Im waiting for, I have to email their customer services to complete the order, it has been about 20 hours with no reply now.

As it is still 'pre-order' I would think it would be fine. If you have a ticket in with them for support, tag it again. If not, submit one ASAP and detail the issue with the email.

They DO want your money. I am sure they will fix the problem for you ASAP. And maybe try a different freebie email address (if not a work one whose domain isn't blocked, like someone suggested earlier).

Just FYI, over here in the States we just finished up a holiday weekend. Not sure where customer service is located for them, but pretty much everything is closed on Labor Day, so my guess is no one has even looked at it yet, as it's only 6am on the west coast.

Had the same problem a while back.

Ticket opened: 8/20/2008 8:59 PM PDT

CS response: 9/1/2008 2:56 PM PDT

By which time I had already given up. If it doesn't work on first attempt I wouldn't waste my time with their CS, but this is just my personal experience. I'd recommend you to call a friend or relative and borrow a non-free email address, or order from someplace else altogether.

    Good luck in any case.
