Paragon Dance Party aka "Pocket D"

Can anyone tell me which Zone and District the 'Paragon Dance Party' is located? I've checked a few websites and all they don't really state the exact location. Thnx

    The easiest way to get there is from the Yellow Line in Steel Canyon:

    Come out of station and head north (facing out from arrival, turn left).  There is a set of stairs that lead down to a fence.  Jump over the fence and down about 20 ft. or so.  Turn right, there are posters by the door.

    There are two other exits/entrances to/from Talos and IP, best way to find them is to go in through ST and leave through the other exits.  I find the IP one *most* difficult to find.
