Out of sheer boredom i typed www.failcom.com into the address bar to see what i would find after seeing the pics with the Failcom polo shirts in this thread

I'm baffled by this... Funcom have bought the Failcom address and linked it to the official AoC page? Or has some smart ass linked the Failcom address to AoC to try and embarrass Funcom? What is going on here?
It doesn't make sense to me that Funcom would want anything to do with the Failcom name, and I also would have thought that the Funcom haters would not want to promote AoC by bringing people to the official AoC site.... I'm a little confused....

it takes a lot of hate for someone to buy a domain name to do that
not really it just takes a idea and means to do so. Im sure there are bigger things the domain creator hates more then funcom and doesn't have a domain in there name. Just prolly wanted to be the first is all and have a cult of people behind him to laugh at the joke.

its locking the stupid or obvious troll threads.....there is plenty of negativity still around here
just what funcom deserves
they only lock threads if it becomes a flame fest or if someone criticizes the game without explaining why. If you feel that the thread was unjustly locked, then email community@mmorpg.com. The community manager with review the thread to see if it was justifiably locked or not.
Even if someone criticiizes a game with reason it can still get locked.....if the thread has been repeated over and over. In the failcom.net thread I found nothing wrong with that thread. If you wish, email mmorpg staff and ask why it was locked.
If they don't have a good reason then they should unlock it. usually threads gets blindly locked by some moderators as someone could have /reported the op and not reading the thread, the mod went ahead an locked it. If this is the case, do the same thing. email mmorpg.com staff.

and while i didn't intend for my WotLK thread to be trolling, it kinda turned into an argument. so i'm glad to see it shut down before it got out of hand. but i do hate being called a troll for mentioning other games in comparison to AOC...
