Passing items between characters on the same acccount?

in Everquest II

It was only recently, well recently when considering how long Everquest has been around, that players could pass items and money between characters on the same account. Any word if people will be able to do that in Everquest 2?

I preordered from Ebgames, mainly because of getting a copy of Jboots in the game, which I really hope have the same effect as it does in Everquest 1. Any word if players will be able to pass no drop items, which I believe the boots will be, between characters as well?

    this was asked in another thread in here already, I think the answer was yes, but not monies. I could be mistaken.

    players can transfer items but not money you cannot transfer the Jboots they can only go to ONE character thats it
