No offense, but I really don't think any of them are very original.
Maybe give an idea of what kind of guild you will be...good? evil? honourable?
For example, Moonshadow Alliance sounds more like a thieves guild, whereas the theme of knights/faith/souls/sacred sounds like you want to favor paladins or religious characters.
From an RP standpoint, maybe try to come up with a 'history' of your guild....who they are, how they assembled, what their cause is...then from there a good name may be forthcoming.

I'm looking for something to do with maybe a holy name, or something in those lines? Why, sounds powerful. I'm looking for a name, doesn't have to be 115% unique... doesn't have to be 115% played out. I just want something other then "The Unknown Guild".
From a RP standpoint, my guild will stand for justice against the horde. They will wipe the lands free of any evil and stand up for their beliefs.

I chose Union of Faith but it doesn't seem like many people agree with me.
It has a nice ring to it, IMO. I guess it would depend on what type of guild you are planning to create.

I've personally never seen any of these names used for a guild in my 10 years of MMORPGs.
They might sound like an every day name, but untill I've seen it.
If you look at my signature natanaw6, you might see what game it's for.
