Has any specific -time- (like 00:01 EST would be good for me 
) been stated as to when the OB will officially start? I know its September 7th, but call me anxious, call me impatient, but I'm not one of the chosen to get into CB and the PW and I'm rdy for WAAAGH, asap.

no there hasn't been any time given.
But there is a good chance that goa and mythic will try to start it simultaneos so it would be around the opening time of mythic.

Gee, I hope you stay at WoW with that kind of comment. To prevent iritating future posters, learn to realize when people are making silly nonsense comments just to get a thread going, or perhaps up a post count.
Also judging someone by a quick, 8 word post, is pretty judgmental.
