No Beta Keys for Preorder Customers?

I preordered 2 copies of WAR for me and my wife a couple of weeks ago. We registered our preorder keys at the Betacenter and waited patiently for our beta keys to arrive. Till now, we haven't got the beta keys. Our account pages just say that no keys were assigned to us even though we're in "preorder status" and our beta application status is still a bland "applied". And we don't get email from EA containing any beta keys info.
Having our interest in this game whetted by reading all the positive posts from this forum, we are excitedly welcoming the advent of WAR. But we don't even have a chance to take a peek at this game as preorder customers.
EA really does their job well. No wonder they keep losing money quarter after quarter. We better stick to the old, boring Wow, at least we get to the play the game. 
No intention to flame or anything. Just to see if anyone has had the same experience and congratulate those lucky ones who do get the beta access.

That's pretty rough, man.
A good rule of thumb is to avoid EA as much as possible, even if it's an EA-made or EA-published game. Order from anyone but EA directly.
If you've made a Mythic master account and a game account for WAR, have you entered your keys into that too?
I actually realized while looking at another forum last night that apparently, even though the preorder code card doesn't say it, people were entering their open beta keys into their game account in addition to the preorder bonus key. So if done correctly, if you go to your master accounts and click on the Features tab under Warhamme Online, you would see:
Open Beta
Head Start
Pre-Order
Reward: Email Validated, if you click on one of the things up top.
I'm not sure if adding it worked or not, but considering I'm patching right now, something did. So I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the Open Beta code that was accepted by the beta center IS your beta key. If not, then I dunno. x_x
I don't think you are supposed to use the betacenter to register you codes anymore. Try putting them in the account center and see if that works for you https://accounts.eamythic.com/

Sorry to hear this man, that sucks. I ordered from direct2drive, got it within 30 minutes, and entered all of my headstart keys, beta keys, etc... into my account management.
I would contact EA each way possible to try to resolve this. There is no excuse for that bullcrap and I would be furious. Especially considering there are people on MMORPG who got handed out 7,000 free keys last night, and you preordered it and didn't get your stuff yet.

Many thanks to you, guys. I just used the preorder keys to set up our master accounts. It worked. Actually I tried doing this when I first got the preorder keys, but it didn't go thru the signup process then.
I can now see "Open Beta" under "Features". But it's not clickalbe and I find nowhere to download the client. No email link, either. (email address validated already)
I really appreciate your help. Hope to fight with or against you guys in War soon.

I think I do have the ability to follow the instruction from EA precisely to set up an account, which happened to ask me to go straight to Betacenter. And I even tried to use the preorder keys to create our master accounts, unfortunately it did not allow us to do so a couple of weeks ago.

Fileplanet is hosting the downloads for open beta. Simply go to www.fileplanet.com and it will ask for the pre-order codes. Enter them and download
i order mine about 4 month ago collector edition and i did not get the beta cd key as well
i will never order from ea again
Whoever got their stuff from D2D, can you please help little poor ol' me. I tried buying mine from D2D like 15 times now with 3 different cards. After I enter the verification code it sends me back to the same page saying "Transaction was not succesful" lol im gettin desperate. Can someone explain/instruct me how to order it correctly. Or tell me what im doing wrong?
