Is there a good MMO anymore?

I want what everyone else wants... but cant find it
I need a mmorpg (or any other type of mmo) that the admins care about theyre game and server.
I need a mmo that doesnt have any or many bots and glitches in it...
I need a mmo that doesnt lagg at all and is never full...
Does this mmo even exist anymore? It seems like every mmo ive tried so far lasts 1 week to 3 monthes with me then its just pointless... If anyone could help me find that perfect mmo for me i'd be happy 
The sad thing is i was actually thinking about going to college to make a good game since i have good ideas but I don't know if it'd work out and I'd be another failure.. The new mmo's on the shelves today and on the internet look like they're ideas were just piled together in one night of boredom.

Best MMO out at the moment is City of Heroes/Villains. Hard to beat if you ask me, its fun, great community (best i've ever had the pleasure of being a part of) and the devs actually care and speak to the players. It has the best character customization to date and its over 4 years old!
Issue 13 is going to be a breath of fresh air too allowing the players themselves to create missions(quests) for the other players.
Very suited to the casual gamer more than the hardcore raid types, there are raids of course but players do them for fun more than uber phat lewtz.
edit: Oh, and i've never had a single tell from a gold (Influence/Infamy) seller! No point really in a game with no uber phat lewtz
Be paid for Beta Testing, don't pay to Beta Test.
If your not playing WoW, then you might as well wait for KOTOR 3.
ive checked out city of heros/villians i know thats a good one too
Right now im looking up computer prices someone just told me about Dark and Light I hope its not a grindfest too

I dont feel like waiting for kotor 3 because ive never heard of it before and i dont feel like waiting 3 years for a game that Diablo 3 will replace as soon as that hits the shelves
I just felt like I was playing a single player game with all of them. I thought MMO's were massive multiplayer, not lot's of people running around playing by themselves but you could still talk to them.
The new MMO's = Big chat rooms where you can make avatar's and do stuff on your own!!
i heard from someone that a Oblivion: Online, was in developing. But actually there are lot of great MMORPGs really good out there: Perfect World ( free but a bit laggy due the server location is in malaysia ), AoC, WoW, EVE Online and there really good ones in developing too i.e: Aion, Darkfall,...
there's something out there...
I believe that CoX still has it's free trial up.
