Well I was a Paladin in the ST. I got him up to level 25, and I must say I really liked being one. We had a lot of flaws, but I really liked the class. Does anyone know if they have fixed them yet though. I know when I was in the ST. Blizzard was saying that they were going to fix a lot of Paladin stuff to make them better tanks for one. Anything else?

Hasn't been fixed, yet... but I belleve they're in the process of.
As I posted in another topic: Paladins have and always will be the yellow float groups keep on board for safty precausions. If you really want to play the front-end damage taker roll, don't be a paladin. If you want to be a *TANK* don't play a paladin. If you want a happy-medium class that doesn't really excel in *one* area alone, then a paladin is right for you..
I wouldn't expect to see any significant tank roll changes. They're probably going to add some sort of tuned down taunt skill for paladins, and give them some talents.
Yes paladinds will be enhanced, with the addition of talents. What they are I don't know but I would assume, they include talents that boost their Aura and Sealing Capabilities, ones to boose their undead specific abilities, and maybe something to spec their Combat or Holy Powers(heals, cleanse, etc)
Out of all the classes I played in the stress test (PLayed them all) Paladins were the most boring to play IMO. The healing/auras were good and all that but the combat specials were on 1 min or more timers and the main special holy strike is on what a 30 sec timer? WTF is that? Basicly all you do is hack away at the mob then when you get low on health throw up a shield and heal then go back to wacking away. BORING!!! They really need to make paladins more enjoyable to play hell Id rather play a priest then a paladin least priests are more fun.
I hope they get a revamp cuz the way they are now I dont think talents will help them much in the way of fun factor. If youre one of those people who likes to start a battle then watch tv then occasionally check on your char to heal then by all means play paladin but they do need an overhaul.
Played a Pally during the stress test. They can solo pretty well. I had a group probably 85% of the time I was in ST, during which time, I operated as backup tank, and main healer. I had a blast personally. I made it to 34, and All but the last level or 2 I was doing all the healing for my group of me, 2 warriors, and a mage. The only time I had trouble healing was in some of the instances vs the boss/named mobs.
Since he was on the PvE server I can't say for sure, but they apperantly kick 10 different kinds of ass in PvP, esp vs Undead.
Well...Paladin for me is a YAY. The reason i'm saying this is because paladin's are warriors will healing capabilities.
I got my pally to level 30. I totally love the class. May be a tad boring during solo play, but they are wicked in groups. Since priests are a rare class, paladins with their ability to fight and ressurect are a great asset in groups.
