Ok, 1 day later, got my email. Just Activated my account with my key. Good. Now I can't fr*gging login, "Authenification failed. Please re-enter your login credentials." What a pile of shi*te. Anyone got any further than this?

..You need (supposidly) to wait for a verification email from GOA/war team sayin ur key has been approved .. ..most of us have been waiting over 8+ hours and nothing so . enjoy..
For everyone that is still waiting on their email:
Just open 10-20 tabs in your browser and fill in the beta registration form on all of them. Then in a rapid order press on the "validate my key" button on all of them. You should get your email within 10-20 mins. It has worked for me and for a lot of others aswell.
This probably isn't very healthy for their system so if you don't mind waiting by all means ignore this post
Well why wouldn't I? Look at DAoC, LOTRO (i think) and now WAR... all great games, with very slow Euro launches, all due to GOA. I know you guys have it rough. I have alot of friends in europe and they hate GOAs service, but love the games.
Just wish there was a more viable option for you guys over the big pond
A mass migration to a US server and the sacking of GOA by Mythic would be nice.

Btw. I guess this will be both a record thread, as well as this incident will be the laughing of the industry for many years and it will brand GOA as incompetent. Never thought after the many, many MMO failures I have seen there would be a new low in customer dealing like this.

I still do not understand why Mythic kept GOA as a Euro publisher. They knew that GOA is a bunch of incompetents after the way they handled DAoC in many ways. It would have been just logical to choose another publisher.

well after 10-15mins can now login the gfs account on her pc but it crashes on loading screen ..
anyone have any clues.. and serious answers please
so i suspect a new card is in order as shes on min specs
tweeked the card ghz etc and installed new drivers so hoping . itl work , if not looks like il be out buying a cheapish gfx card for her to try out ..if thats not case then il have to build her a pc like mine
asus pse x38 mobo , intel q6600 95e @ 3.0ghz , vista ultimate , 4g ram , 2x 4870 x2 , asus 900 case, thermaltake 1200w psu, 1 tb hdd, lg br dvdrw..
and i bet il still not get any thanks for doing it either .

yup it works, I just filled in 5 forms, and is now registrering
so fill in untill success (email)

Unbelievable. This worked the second time I re-entered my details... so I'm patching now, after nearly 10 hours of waiting like a sucker.
If you're still waiting, do this for sure. And let GOA clean up the mess they created.

Well I spammed the site five times and guess what? - within 30 minutes I could log in and its now patching.
Seems five or so times is enough so don't go crazy guys, their servers are probably already on fire as it is.

No e-mail yet. That's 16 hours now.
Redid the procedure 5 more times this morning. Could encode the PCOB01 code 5 more times. Validation OK. No email.
What am i meant to do, i have no email, when i log into patcher authentication still fails
Honestly I think this is just a case of keep sending the validation and hopefully get lucky..
Took 14-15 for me from first try... but I did just try about an hour before I finally got the email..
