i havnt, because i want that CE box..i just adore all the stuff you get with em, the art etc. even if im now playing on US instead..heh
Playing polished, lag free, feature complete games is carebear. Whining about a game you hate but still play is hardcore man!
No, I didn't cancel.. I hope they will make some improvements for launch though, which I'm assuming they will.

Actually, I'm having more fun than in any MMO I have played in a long while...
I know its early yet, but I like what i see so far. No reason to cancel.

I've had more fun in WAR in the first 5 levels than I've had in 30 levels of other MMOs.

The game rocks... All the hate the have now are from peeps who pissed about GOA right now, and WoW, AoC fanbois jump along so it seems like alot of peeps dont like the game, its not like that at all, lots of the EU servers and US servers are full allready, and ingame peeps are happy, and like the game alot. This hate will go over..

Um, to help them test the game and find/report bugs so they can hopefully have a more stable release?
Also, what better way to see if you'll like the game than to actually play it?

i always buy the CE's for the stuff in it and not for the beta.
But i understand some point of people who bought it for the beta.(i wanne test it also)
You can check what class you like the most before starting on release.
I have not cancelled yet as my wife and I are having fun. Though I am getting sick of the graphic issues. For some reason on my computer the grass and ground are black. I can see everything like fences, buildings and etc.. but the ground is black.
Was thinking to give it a chance, but after GOA disaster that is definitely a no. Codemasters experience is kind of enough for me for crap payment/account support. Maybe in a couple of months if they really fix it, but doubt so, since I generally do not buy games I could not test beforehand (and since still validation was not fixed and prolly won't get fixed up to launch, well meh).
I cancelled my pre-order. But I just pre-ordered to get to try the open beta. Had some hopes that this game could be fun eventhough a bit too much PVP focused for my taste. But hard to give it much of a chance since it feels so outdated. No thanks, I aint gonna play and level through a boring looking world with crappy animation and slow gameplay. Just let me create a max level character and go RvR and it would probably be fun, cause it seems its what this game is about. Not leveling up. And I dont wanna level up with PVP either.

If you cancel your pre-order and wait a few months the game will be much better AND you will get it a lot cheaper. Win Win
Be paid for Beta Testing, don't pay to Beta Test.
Make sure you video card drivers are up to date as well as directx. I have not seen anyone else that has had the same issue as what you are describing. It could be that your video card is about out of juice.
Also, check to make sure your power supply is where it should be and that your not underpowering your video cards. This seems to happen a lot with the newer video cards since they are such hogs.

You wouldn't understand
The leveling is easy and takes very little time. You are offered multiple ways of character advancement. This is an MMO game. What you describe to want isn't an MMO so I don't know how you should feel let down. You came into it knowing the basic system and fault it for that.
Someone must have been struck by insanity to cancel their pre-order/CE. This game is good.
No way will i cancel, the game is flat out fun. I lost no one in our guild and some that never considered buying are loving it
I had to cancel because I wasn't sure if my credit card would have the balance at the time it was withdrawn...
Now I don't get the pre-order stuff.. dammit. This game rocks, too.
Hell no, awesome game. The only real issue I had is with the attackable NPCs here and there. Very annoying, but it was always easy enough to just run past them.
So is the reason the hype seems to be bombing so much from the dissapointed EU players? im sorry that that happened to yall : / . but i will not cancel and i love the game.
