the titel says it all, i preordered but nothing except confirmation email has come, no beta key (though i got one from here) no live start key or in game item key. if anyone has gotten theirs and they bought from best buy website please tell me

SERIUOSLY why does nobody ever have an answer for me?
I ordered mine from GAMESTOP who sent my live head start, beta codes, and bonus item to me via email. Then they sent them to someone else. So now all my preorder bonuses are now being used by someone named Victor. Now GAMESTOP, EA/Mythic, and DAoC support <who handles the beta keys> wont help me. YAY for first impressions.
yeah i have a beta key but from this site still i want my head start and item
dont make me bump this thread into oblivion
