"The Open Beta will be level capped and content restricted. You will be allowed to choose any of the game's 20 unique careers and advance through rank 20. You will also be free to explore and battle across Tiers 1 and 2 of each army's homeland. Please note that any characters created during the Open Beta will NOT carry over into the live game as they will be wiped from the servers."

My point? People are being all whiney whiney and critical of the OB. Saying this and that and everything inbetween, like "THIS GAME SUCKS" or "It could use blah blah blah." But at this point we do not know the full content upon offical release, and thus should stop reading so much into the OB. Their not going to give us everything, and their not going to develge alot, either.
Speculating is fine, and beyond that it's a matter of opinion. So stop being candyasses if sombody doesnt agree with you on a certain aspect of the game.

Thank you, I have been trying to push this point.... apparently most dont get it.
I've seen a level 21 in OB....
Probably a Dev or Moderator of some sort.

The cap is, in fact, level 21.
And by content restricted they mean that you cannot access T3+T4 areas, nothing more.
Eh well, add another beta bug to the list lol. The cap is broken! ( Not sure if thats a bug or a feature hehe )

Its in the quote you copied. What sort of content do you expect in tier 1 and 2? This is more than any other game offers for level 1-20.
