Oldliners - UK based mature Group
Hello Everyone.
I'm Dronuk, part of the Oldliners. www.oldliners.org
Were currently recruiting anyone from the age of 21 upwards....there is no limit when it comes to gaming.
We are involved in a number of games (not just MMO's) but our main focus of course would be the fantastic and upcoming Warhammer. Were all very excited about this game and are looking to build on our already established group. As soon as the game is running the War guuld would be created and the fun can begin.
We currently have hardcore players and casual players, everyone is welcome. Most of us have a wife or kids...sometimes both, lol! So we do suit casual middle aged grumpy men who want to come home from work, chat to some like minded people on TeamSpeak (we have our own) and kill things.
I can't say much more but i'd hope you would stop by and take a look, even sign up and say hello, tell us your looking forward to War and would like to join us

*Edit* One thing i will say is that we were going to go destruction for War but it's not 100% yet....

A shameful bump here but also to add the following.
Right now we don't have a dedicated warhammer site...we have just a forum with warhammer as a topic.
Please post your applications in there whilst i create the warhammer part of the oldliners site. We have had one person join us already

Hello i can't seem to find the forum your talking about where the applications go. So if you could post a link i would very much like to see if i can offer something to the guild and the other way around of course.

My feeling though is that because we had an issue once with spam we made it sign up only, so if you would be so kind as to sign up and then post your application that would be great.
If of course your not interested in joining after reading the WAR section etc...i can remove you from the list if you wish

We have now had about 5 players join us from mmorpg and more are putting in applications.
This takes our warhammer total to 15+ people.
We would still really love more so come on everyone come sign up to our forums, tell us who you are and wait for the great guild to be made aswell as the updated forum.

Great news!
Our new site is nearly complete, i've seen it and it's lookinig great.
We are still having people from mmorpg find us and come and say hello and register an application on the old site www.oldliners.org
Only last night we recruited a new guy and this takes our total over 20.
Remember were a mature guild who are looking for casual to harcore players as we cater for both, aged from 21+
Come and see us and get excited about War and being part of great guild with lots of MMO experience.

Good luck with creating your guild. I've seen some guilds recruiting that ask you to commit a mimimum of 6 hours a day! These people obviously don't have jobs or a life.
Does make me smile a little seeing the mature guild 21+ in your post. When your my age, you see the 21 age bracket as youngsters
I think you have a nice balance though in your recruiting ad, and allow for people having a life. Hope it goes well for you and I may just have a little look at your site.
