Probably far-fetched, but could be worth a shot: Do a adware/harddisk/registry cleanup if you haven't already (Ad-Aware, CCleaner, Advanced System Optimizer). Check the Windows Task Manager for any weird applications/processes taking up resources. Defragment your harddrive as well maybe?

That was actually what I was going to suggest, any of these games in beta you have to really try to get your machine running as cleanly as possible.
I think I had Ad-Aware for a time in the past and didn't care for it much. I think I'll give CCleaner a shot myself and see if it speeds things up any.
I would just check to make sure you meet the minimum reqs to run the game. I kept getting the not enough memory error message also.
So I reformated my computer and re-installed.Still getting the same error.
Unfortantly it seems you must actually meet the minimum specs to even boot warhammer client, maybe the debugger for beta isn't allowing anyone under specs to join..
If you go into the directory you installed war there is a folder I think with the name Logs, might be wrong. But open it and there is a debugg file. Open it up and it will show you your computer specs. I also tried to change the debug file to see if it would work but it recreates itself when you try to open war.
Is it saying not enough "Memory" or is it using the term "Virtual Memory"? Maybe something like:
“Your system is low on virtual memory”
If it's referencing virtual memory it's a simple fix, if it's not then it's a bit more complicated. If the above is about what your seeing you simply need to increase the size of your paging file.
O.B is using 70% + of my 1066mhz 4gb ram. Game seems to be a bit of a resource hog in this area.
Hmm weird, only adds about 40% use, to my already 39% used of my 2 gigs on vista. Resulting in a total 80% use. Can't imagine why it would take up 70% of 4 gigs.

Im on barrok varr, I don't notice any slow down or anything, just notice from the display on my g15 or if I alt + tab to task manager - using windows 64 bit. It rises a lot in the RvR scenarios and when ever I travel on the gyrocopter. Starts off in the 40's and then after a few mins play goes right up.
specs would be nice .But i have a pc with vista 64 which was fine with 3gb(burrowed 1gb to other pc as i never saw the benefit of 4gb) in every other game.
But with WAR shockingly i started to see some occasional lags and put back the gb to make it 4gb and now it runs perfectly smooth.
Even AoC did not require the 4gb to run smoothly .

The only way to fix it is for them to fix the code. Seriously, do you know what memory leak is? It's when the game allocates a part of the memory but forgets unallocate it when it's done with it, so nothing else can use that part of the memory until you turn off your computer which wipes the memory.
actually I did, just because I didnt mention Memory doesnt mean I didnt answer properly. Low memory is from alot of different things, like things not update to and patched. Thats why I offered websites, so he can check, then contact the right people to help finding the real issue, so he knows what to fix in the next 6 days.
Im not a computer Guy... So im asking, can the size of your Hard-drive effect how the game runs ? This is what im thinking, if your ram does not hold the graphics, does it not dump these files into your hard-drive? Thanks for Looking!

The size? No, as long as there is enough room for the game install and the paging file then it shouldn't affect it, unless of course the drives completely fragmented, a good defrag will fix that though, but then you need to have about 30% of the drive free to run a proper defrag in which case you'd need to have that space free, as well as the install and the paging file , in which case......umm.. how about I just say not really, but maybe, and leave it at that.

Well what ya runnin there as far as memory?

looks like we might have to upgrade our rigs

Havent heard of or seen any sort of memory leak with WarHammer, I have seen it on servers, like my COD4 one, but not on a client.
Go Here -
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest
make sure you meet min. requirements.
Then update all drivers, and I do mean ALL, vidoe, audio, windows.
Reboot PC, router, and modem. Wont fix memory, but does fix lag issues.
If still issues, contact CS -

I say upgrade PC.
you guys do realise that the question of how much RAM does this guy have, has not been answered.
