Can someone confirm that the euro servers are down?
Playing: ARMA 2
Waiting for: Darkfall: UW
Played: Ultima Online, Age of Conan, Anarchy Online, Planetside, Dark age of Camelot, EQII, WoW, SWG, FFXI and a lot more

Been down for 6 hours and 40 minutes
they are down, for almoste 8 hours atm :-(
I really doubt they will put it up today.
Are the US servers down?
Server down allmost half the day of the last day we actually can play the beta ugh.... couldnt they just add the beta tomorrow when servers go down so that we can get even more impressed when we patch to retail?
the funny thing is "We expect this operation to take approximately one hour "
I was on about a half hour ago, had a ctd and haven't logged back in, mainly because there weren't enough people on to do much, I'll try again in the evening.
wow server stability problems again so sad
What really makes me laugh about this is what GOA posted yesterday:
"In order to provide our Open Beta testers with as much game time as possible before we close the Open Beta servers on Saturday, we have decided not to implement this patch during prime time tonight, but tomorrow morning between 9.oo CET and 10.00 CET."
Then they go and put off the patch to mid-afternoon with servers supposedly coming back online within an hour, which is then delayed for another 6+ hours and the only update we get about it says that the servers will be up "shortly" and that was about 2 hours ago.
I'm seeing a bad trend here with alot of false information being posted on the news section of war-europe.com from GOA. You only have to scroll down through those news updates and see how many actually were incorrect & delayed. Were currently getting either no information or the wrong information as our news. It's starting to annoy me.
Thats how networking works, rule of thumb being "if it works first time, its not doing what you want".
So we have an other day of playing! Thought the servers would be wiped Friday night. On EU servers that is...
and do you believe what those f**s say? They been feeding the Europe wow comunity lies over lies trying to hide their incompetence since the 'famous' 8:30 of last saturday.
Actually now that i think of it they been prolly feeding us lies before that regarding the closed beta no Europeans could enter.
Theyll prolly be up tommorow morning at like 3 am, when will they close tommorow?what time?
All this seems very shady like they are hiding even more problems I feel sorry for those that go through this launch period. This game had so much potential but but just cant deliver on content or stability.
It still has, im still going to play bcause I had so much fun in the short period of play.

I really hope GOA gets their act together before launch. Otherwise I will have to get a US copy of WAR.
It still has, im still going to play bcause I had so much fun in the short period of play.
Once you see the large gaps in content and have to grind wolves and boars along with pvp quests you will see where the potential failed. In a year or so it may have vanguard like subs but will probably be a f2p by then anyway
I hope your talking about AoC, because I doubt WAR will fail that bad. WAR won't be as popular as WoW, but it will do well. Unlike AoC, it will also be able to keep players interested.

No, it isnt going to follow in age of conans footsteps. Stop trying to reassure yourself your game is good when war is so much better. Age of conan is losing so much money every month and that makes me happy. Bye bye.

I disagree, I think Mythic will do fine, the game has'nt even gone live yet, lol, givem a chance jeezsh

Just sad because tomorrow they will wipe the servers to let us with CE headstart come in.
Finally a weekend and I cannot play the whole night. Thanks GOA you screwed us again, like we could not play OB the first 2-3 days. I bet they will let us register our headstart in the last moment, like in OB, instead to open it up already, it will free them for alot of troubles.
