GOA OB ends with server crash and new idiocy with headstart

I feel like a scandal journalist, but news are the EU OB servers apparently crashed down, one hour before the official end at 5 PM. Just on a sidenote I wonder after the many downtimes it would have been generous to give us the entire day, but well.
And then you can read now the SE headstart keys can be activated on war-europe at Monday 9 AM - read: at the same time when the servers start. Now they dont even have a SHORT time to solve problems, they have NONE, and you can guess what happens to the sensible GOA registering system when thousands of preorder customer all hack their codes at the same time.
I'll give you a popsicle if that works and we really see headstart before tuesday, lol.

um what.. it was noticed that server will go down for hour.. .. so not crash..
second server goes live tomorrow.. you know. ce.. same servers.. same game.. so by the time we need to active our se headstart .. it will be working.. some retarded bashing is just too much..
Goa should try to start the release servers as from now, so that they work on monday *g*
Stop wasting time and posting things, you know nothing about. Its Beta, welcome to all the crashes and shut downs. They dont have to tell us when they do it, its called BETA. And no, pre-launch wont be a headache, damn, have you ever played a MMO before?? And whos says you got to wait till monday, just go log in and check every hour. Yeah GOA had a rough start on OB but remember OB stands for open "beta". now beta is not the final poduct and it was there for free so we are not entiteled to anything. And there where no server crach thay took em down for maintenance ok some bad planing but still. we should be happy we got to try the game for as long as we did. for me i will actiate my headstart tomorrow and enjoy my war time.

Its a total farce , GOA need their arses kicked by EA/Mythic. Yesterdays Patch by them was an utter dissregard for the customer, ie no news until they solved the problem.
The comments above some of which is relevant , especailly the "servers will come down at 14:00 for 1hour" then 10mins later pull them all down.
The other comment IF any GOA or EA/Mythic Csr/Dev etc is reading SORT out the patching times FFS. Rule 1- Apply patches early morning times when 75% players are sleeping ie = 4am cet onwards .
As this patching milarkey in the afternoon is stupidity , and will only encour more grief for GOA if they continue this stupidity.
As for the headstart . can only wait and see when the droves of players signing up their keys etc and bonus item keys , i'd be very surprised if GOA have learnt and had this sorted for the registration / validation for headstart..
Another good way to keep US PAYING YOUR WAGES customers is to keep us informed even with the slightest of trvial news . not kept in the dark , as it only creates more hostilities and makes EA/Mythic look bad and their profits tumble. and people cancelling their accounts...SORT your SHIT out GOA...
Well, if THAT was an "orderly taking down of the server" I am George Bush! Geez, first, taking down a server for one hour, when the OB only LASTS one hour yes? And then without announcement "hey guys get to some save place we take down the servers"?
However you turn it, it's ridiculous. Their servers crashed and then they said, like Gimli falling off the horse "it was PURPOSE". Funny some actually believe that, but some also belive in invisible, almighty teapots in space, teh. We are apes, so what do I expect.

sorry my beta and other wasnt for FREE we PAID for early access BETa so , we demanded a product that they advertised but all we got was waiting and waiting , with just about 3 days play IF that..so get your facts straight not all were FREEBIES.
GOA clearly stated OB was a service they provided for their paying customers so people using the OB argument are talking out of their backside
Ok, it seems alot of you are bashing for no good reason, WE ARENT IN LAUNCH. Its stil OB, damn. And dont whine about the MOBs, its OB, they will patch it. This is my 4th MMO beta and my 8th MMO overall and by far, this has been the best one yet. Stop all the bashing and shut up and see what happens. Your own IQ is taking over and showing how much you dont know. When people start working and try to get the launch ready, they do things which is odd, but who cares its FREE, and its OB. No money lost and your time can be spent making money to pay the monthly fees.
Oh, you pre-order people, didnt pay for Beta, you paid for pre-launch.
I agree but i hardly think that GOA will Patch on daytime in the future. this patch was applied daytime so thay had time to test it in th open beta.
And imo give GOA a brake its just beta shit happens wait untill tomorrow and then start bashing if you have a CE -Preorder that is.

Dude there where 100k keys out for free if you payed for "just" a beta key then its your loss.
No matter how you twist and turn it, the end is the same. Heard someone defending Goa for not implamenting the patch when mythic did to spare us the trouble it caused. And what happend when goa finnaly added the patch .... And the server i just played on crashed 30 - 40 min before the rest went offline.
But hopefully EA will take action if this type of behavior is shown after release. And as most know, it will.

Basically: OB is ending early so that CE headstart has a chance of being smooth. I interpret that as "f*** you SE pre-orders", you're not even going to get a smooth saturday.

I have never been around a problemfree MMO lanuch. Its a shame, but thats the fact. I would like it to be otherwise since I've payed for the game, but then again, its an MMO they will be working on it for yaers to come. What will another couple of days make for diffrence. Besides WAR is the most complete game I've seen in years.
So just hang back and relax, pop open a beer and download some porn in the meantime, 'cus on monday hell will break loose. WHAAAAAAG!!
