It's an realm versus realm game with an emphasis on large scale combat. How important will belonging to a good guild be to you?

I'm in a guild and why would a troll post this?
Belonging to a guild will be hugely important to everybody simply because of the RvR. You don't have to really be in a great RvR guild as long as one is in your alliance. I forsee that the warparty system will reduce the RvR influence that individual guilds have. It will be quite a bit different from DAoC but I am looking forward to it.
I don't think that important as long as you are in the same realm group/

dont think guilds that important in Core servers.
the general feeling you get when playing war in a core server is that ou alreayd belong to an HUGE guild.. order or dest basically.

Why wouldn't you be in a guild? Stop being anti-social.
Guilds will be as important as they decide to be.
Of course the will be the fanatic guilds that require members to be on a militaristic schedule and attend every guild meeting and raid no matter what personal life they think you should have.
Then there will be the guild that are meant for some casual players, sure these guilds wont have the most impact on RvR but will be useful all the same.

Anyway, guilds will be extremly important in high-end RvR. A warband with Vent will prob steamroll anything in its path.
Also, I still wonder why do you keep trolling these forums? WAR devs implemented everything they said. You should have read carefully what they said and not expect more/less.

Guilds will be VERY important for RvR and Scenarios.
Not so much for PvE.
