Open Beta, Head Start, Bonus Items.... Invalid Keys....

OK, I'm a little confused here. I pre-ordered WAR Standard Edition boxed from EA.
A couple of days later, I receive my Open Beta and Bonus Item codes in an email..
I log into the accounts.eamythic.com site and validate my key and set up my account.
I then go to FILEPLANET.COM for the client.
I can't get past the Invalid Key error messsage. I've tried everything I know including turning off all security, running IE6 and 7 with no addons, with addons, with a voodoo priest in the background sacrificing chickens, etc...
Any ideas? Why was I able to validate through EA, but not get the client from fileplanet? IMO that's a crappy setup when you can drop that much cash and not even be able to get the client from the EA store JUST because I wanted to have the box as a memento...
Anyone have a workaround?

Stardard edition keys are active on MONDAY morning, today is for Collectors edition keys.

I have no clue how EA preorder works, but shouldnt u download beta client from beta center?
Aye, gotcha on that one, but my key is for Open Beta. Is OB closed so the keys are invalid? I have a hard time with the Open Beta for SE customers being 2 days long...
Isn't HeadStart supposed to happen this week too?
Open Beta is the only key I have, and the site says to use it to get the client for head start. Am I screwed until I get the box?
No response at all to either of my tickets.
So far they're batting .000 with me as far as customer service goes. I'm not overly demanding at all, I'd just like to have some guidance other than a supposed open beta code that doesn't work.

Wherever you input the keys there should be something there to get the client.
CE starts today and us SE start on the 16th.

All I asked for is to be able to download the client. I get an invalid key message from FilePlanet, yet my code works fine on the EAmythic site...

That's what I thought too, however there is no link on the eamythic accounts page, and the preorder page directs me to fileplanet as the only place to get the client. Then I hit the wall-of-invalid-key...
I find it difficult to believe that in the 30 seconds it took me to open the email (I was actually at my computer when it arrived) and hit the eamythic account center, that my key was hacked or stolen and used... I suppose it is possible, but unlikely. I know I also didn't use the key on another account since I went straight from eamythic accounts to fileplpanet.
After the invalid key errors (I tried multiple times using dashes, spaces, etc,) I turned off all of my popup blockers, anti-virus, etc and tried it... since the customer support automated spam message implied it was my own fault that my key wasn't working... Still invalid.
What am I missing?
At least in the EU you can not put your SE Standard Edition keys in yet. Today only the CE keys can register. SE pre orders will be allowed to register tommorow morning. Your Open Beta keys won't work anymore b/c open beta is over. It started last week on sunday and ended yesterday night.
You ordered over the EA Store right? You should be able to download the client from there.

Beta is closed.. Your key IS invalid now because its over..
You can still DL the client from another site.. I would check the forums for a link to a US beta client that is still up.. EU client can be DL from the warhammer site but not sure about US client..
