I wish my login said that, but mine only says "Closed Beta" ... it does not show any of the other stuff related to the codes that I inputted on the Beta Center several months ago -- even though the Closed Beta is tied to it all. I'm unhappy with this process so far, because it says my codes are not any good. Appears I've been lost in the shuffle.
I entered ALL the codes back at the Beta Center way back in April. It took the codes and setup an association:

I was invited to Closed Beta at that point, so I setup my account at the Account Center. It did not tie attach at all to the CE associations, just the Closed Beta. When I input the codes at the Account Center, it says they already have been used (they were used on the Beta Center site back in April). Because that is what the original e-mail said to do. Even so, if the codes weren't valid there, than they should still work.
They do not work and I'm not happy about it. You would think they would have CSRs working today, but they do not.
Honestly, Gamestop still has the "cancel" button showing (odd, given that they should be preparing for shipment). There is temptation to do that, because, in all honesty this isn't the first botch job with WAR codes (I already had to request the codes be resent the first time, because ALL the earlier codes sent were invalid -- GameStop admitted sending the same codes to multiple customers) . If anything, a downgrade to SE might be in order, if they can't get this resolved.
Why pay the extra $30 for all the goodies, if you aren't going to get them.
This is the second set of codes they sent. They sent a second set back in April, after I e-mailed them the Open Beta key didn't work -- it had been sent out to someone else already. My take is that whoever handles these codes for Gamestop isn't too careful and sends them out multiple times to different people. Bad bad bad.
IMHO, what they should do is send the e-mail addresss to the game companies and have them send out the codes.
Only other thing I can think of is that the codes had been sent to multiple people again and someone else got my codes too.
They had better fix this or they are going to owe me a refund for the difference in price between the CE and SE (as I really don't care about all the other crap they put in the box).
I ordered the Collector's Edition, but didn't get my preorder box until later. My headstart code does not show up as a Collector's Edition headstart, so it would appear that my local EB did not give me a collector's edition preorder box. I simply didn't know that there was one and was in a hurry.
Now I need toknow who exactly to contact about this and how to resolve it.

Sorry to chuckle, I know you are upset. I get the invalid error too but I bought the SE so who knows if it is an error or just keeping me from dowloading in front of the CE crowd.
My bonus in-game item code did work. Just the Head Start code is not working. So hopefully they can fix this and at worst, offering me a few more extra days towards my account.
Sucky part is that system says 72 hours before I get any form of response for my e-mail to EA Mythic.
As it stands, doesn't look like be CE box will be arriving anytime soon either. It says backordered and the "cancel" button is still open, meaning they aren't even in the process of shipping. If it says that on the 16th, that will be worse. Only thing I can think of is that EA is being strict and not allowing boxes to ship for arrival on the 16th.
Worst part is that they are shipping Ground. So it'll be five more days at least from date of shipping. I'll be lucky for it to arrive before the 23rd. Guh!!! And, given the key issue -- that's probably when I'll first get to login.

Well on warhammers website they said they will be up a hour early, at 12:00 EST, well its 12:55est, and I cant login.

If you are entering them at betacenter.eamythic.com then that is the wrong place. Also be sure to enter the code with caps if that's how its written.

the head start codes are different from the beta codes.
If you are re-entering the beta codes instead of the head start codes, they will be invalid. If that is not the case, then idk.
