I beleive what he is saying is are chinese able to play in the U.S. And im sorry I have no idea. Try EA/Mythic customer service bud. they can prob give u a definite answer.
Can't you play on the oceanic servers?
i had no problem playing the OB, and im from Buenos Aires, but i do have problems finding a page to buy the codes

It seems also have the problem.
The main reason for banning ip's is to prevent lag from overseas internet connections from being injected into the na servers. That's the same reason EU and NA have seperate servers. As a side note it also helps to curtail the slew of problems other games like wow suffered with overseas gold farmers and whatnot. I'd personally be amazed if there wasn't a ban on NA servers on IP's from restricted countries.
