Do not pre-order from EA stores

Alot of ppl having huge problems with Pre-orders atm from EA stores. Not getting their headstart codes and there is absolutly zero help service.
Look elsewhere if you want to get into headstart.

I registered on this forum just to reply to your post. I called this number and was able to get my headstart codes. It may be long distance and I apologize but it was the only one I found and it worked for me. I would recommend calling on a cell phone or at work because you may be on there for some time. 650-628-1905
I agree, don't go to EA store. I did and had to cancel.
