Okay, so I quest and do scenarios and reach level 10 easy enough. But going from 10 to 11 is not easy. There aren't enough quests and running the same scenario over and over again is getting tedious.
Mythic should reduce the amount of xps it takes to level, imo.

If you run out of quests and you don't want to grind RvR or PQ's, fly to another pairing and do their quests.
Not sure what zone you are in but I am currently half way through lvl 10 in thr Dark Elf Tier 1 zone and haven't had any issues with leveling. If anything there are far too many quests.

Find a group and do some higher level quests.
Empire zone has plenty of quests as well. I have to go play now...
There are 3 tiers to level in and 1 tier almost has enough quests/pq/scenario/rvr to get you through. Dabble in the others when needed. I don't know how much hand holding you need, but seriously... Maybe it is good for you to branch out from WoW a bit.
You could of course go lvl via RvR scenarios. Its a lot more fun than the PvE side and it gives better loot and money.
"You are the hero our legends have foretold will save our tribe, therefore please go kill 10 pigs."
I dont seem to have that problem at all, in fact Im usually having such a blast in RvR, I dont even realize Ive leveled.
1. Do each PQ you come across, it's decent exp, you get decent rewards, and it's fun.
2. Always queue for a scenario if it pops and you don't want to go, say no requeue in 5 minutes and repeat.
3. Do repeatable pvp zone quests, and do some of the world pvp.
4. Do PQs over and over for influence rewards.
I've had no troubles leveling in a single zone but just to get this out there...
WAR has no endgame without other players. Don't go in with the mentality "ZOMGZ i got to 40 quickly and fast and then i can start having fun!"
Take your time, explore, do things. End game won't truely be active for at least a couple months.
