You're higher level than me, so I'm not really sure the exact answer, but you should check out the Fiesta Online Wiki or visit Fiesta Fan or FiestaHQ.
Of course, there's always the official forums at the Fiesta website too.
I had the same problem.
Two thans.
If you havent been doing quest do them. (I didnt do quest for about 6 levels and they pilled up. Leveled 5 level because of it.)
Do the repeatable quest. Yes there annoying but it is free EXP. (You get EXP from the creatures you kill and by finishing the quest. You making alot of exp there.)
Also you could find a good place to ATM. (Find a creature that you can take and are away from all the other creatures and kill it each times it spans. I did that with the baby wearbears.)
Last is get with some higher level people and get them to power level you.
I am also a cleric but I am level 42. If you play like me you will be slow to level. I am more a Solo type of person.
For all that set the road before us don't let their memories die but live through our actions.
Let our action bring forth honor to not only us but for those which memories we carry.

By level 30-35 you need to start grinding to level in Fiesta. Around level 33, depending on your class, MT is a good place to start. Try shouting in Eld for a party and see what you can find. With the new additions for exp to level you just from questing until level 20 or 30 (I don't really remember which) there is a steep learning curve around 30...
Since you're a cleric,you need to find a party,because as we all know,clerics kill very slow.Also you build should be END and STR based,as you may have known already.Starting at level.30 things take long time to progress and level,thats why you need a good party,and make sure they don't take all of the quest items.You should try to enhance your enhance your weapon,and also join a guild or academy and get a master !! It would help you greatly.
