Anyone else having problems logging in? I set up my Master account and Game account using pre order/beta key, and get authentication failed..

bump....from someone with the same problem. i even went so far as uninstall everything and used my discs to reinstall it today. still same thing, gets to the "searching for allies" then authentication failed error
Guys, there are so many other threads that list the possibilities. Have a read and then state which ones you have ruled out.
This will enable others to help you much easier.
well just spent 45 mins reading thru a lot of posts with people that have issues and i did not see any "authentication failure" ones, lots of CTD's but thats not what my issue is. if any one has a link to a couple i would appreciate it, i am prone to read right over top of posts and not see everything so probably missed it. thanks
Try calling Mythic's Account Support folks the 800 number is there on their website. If you puting your Head Start Key (not the OB Key) it should work and should be listed on their website. Also make sure your logging in using the Game Account login name and password you made and NOT your Master Account Information. Master Account is a seperate login from Game Logins.
