Missing files.. reinstall...

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

not from beta - from the box. anyone else having this problem? i've been looking online and it looks like they were having this problem when beta people were installing... waiting this long to play a game... and not being able to is frustrating me badly.  any help appreciated - thanks!

    Full File Check will solve the problem.

    yea - i tried that, but the message still comes up "files missing... blah blah... reinstall..."  -- tried to get by without having to reinstall.... reinstalling at the moment - crossing fingers - and hopefully it works this time

    if you want answers please post your exact error message. it may not be the game install thats the problem. you may be missing a DLL file or something like that.

    "Your Warhammer folder is missing a large number of files. Reinstall the game from the supplied installation media." 

    tried file check and reinstalled...

    thank you. sorry about not posting full message, thought from all the beta-posts about this problem it was a common thing

    trying to find some kind of customer service person to talk to - but i can only find an automated thing - and when all your choices are finished and you haven't solved the problem - they are like "Hmmm... that sucks."  lol 

    last try - delete temp files, reinstall, do full file check --- crossed fingers.... still got Missing Files Message...

    i'm not sure what to try next...

    you running vista? make sure to run as admin.....also do you have 2 or more memory sticks installed? try using 1 memory stick to install the game and then put the sticks back in ounce its installed. Hope this helps

    i'm running XP - i'm currently waiting for the windows update to install -- i read somewhere on here that updating that may help.  at this point... arrg. ready to give up.
