Let me go just ahead and make a long story short -- I've been hitting the gym roughly 6 times a week for the past few months. Recently I started taking a creatine supplement and noticed improved results. I also started consuming the anabolic testosterone booster (which allegedley has an estrogen blocker).
Basically I'm attempting to exceed the muscle mass I has before I was involved in that wreck almost a year ago now. In this attempt I has started using these two products, along with my normal bodybuilder's intake of 125-175 grams of protein a day.
What I'm basically asking is that if any of you are familiar with these products. Do they actually work long term? Am I going to regret using them? Are they worth the money? Etc, etc, etc.
Thanks in advance!

Creatine is a must. CEE(Creatine ethyl ester, which tastes like bile) is the newest and most improved version, up from creatine monohydrate. One thing you have to watch though, is to drink ALOT of water, at least a gallon a day. Creatine is toxic on the liver.
That estrogen suppresant, never heard of it, don't know the validity of it, alot of companies rep some new miracle drug that is sometimes not only dangerous, but full of shit. Remember, legal does not equal safe, also you're from what I remember Serien, around twenty years old. Alot of times you want to wait until you're in your mid to late twenties to start getting into anabolic testosterone boosters/aids/estrogen suppressants. Your body is full of so much raw testosterone that usually an aid like that can mess up your endocrine system for life. Another problem is that you usually have to take other things to help keep your body in line. Alot of those things are very liver toxic as well, and sometimes you need things like milk thistle to keep your body in tip top shape.
If you're looking for something that works with your testosterone and estrogen, look into epistane, was fairly widely used, and has been alot of good feedback. Again though, things like this, be safe rather than sorry, research, see what herbs you need to take alongside it, and if it needs cycling, do it properly.

Murt...nice to see you here again. Remember when you called me at Blockbuster four years ago or so lol.
People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
is that some kind of drug or medicine or what?
XD
IGGY! Great to see ya! Haha, yea of course I remember that! A mod (whom I have forgotten the name of) put me up to it. Good times, good times.
Barkjj: Thanks for the advice, it really is helpful. Though I had one more question, when (as in, what time of day) should I be taking the creatine to get the most out of it?
and, of course... FINWE! Great to see ya again!
In regards to your post, should I not be safe with the creatine? (I'm assuming you were talking about the anabolic testosterone supplement when you said that I should be cautious in taking it) but as far as the anabolic testosterone booster/estrogen inhibitor goes, me, at my age, would it really be detrimental to consume it? I'm in my early 20's I should add. The reason I'm asking this is because of that wreck I had almost a year ago now, with everything I've been on since then, I thought I should be safe consuming this product. Enlighten me oh most knowledgable Finwe! (and by God I hope what I purchased works!) -- and same question as Barkjj, when should I be taking it to get the most out of it--except a slight variance in the question, I'm talking both supplements
I should add this: I'm not taking the powdered form of creatine, but the pills instead. I read on bodybuilding.com that it is best to consume post-workout, but that's the power. What about the pills? And what about the rare day I don't make it to the gym?
As both of you, that is, Barkjj and Finwe mentioned, I need to be consuming a variety of other things along with these supplements as they are toxins. Could you guys reccomend some please?
Thanks again, and great to see you guys!

Good to see you again too Murt.
And creatine isn't a danger. I mean yes, it's toxic liver wise, but staying well hydrated fixes that, it doesn't really require any extra supplementation to keep it from harming you. And really, there isn't a way to "overdose" on creatine, if anything, too much will mean you're just wasting money. My personal supplementation with it deals with my mood really, but always after a workout. Usually before I go to sleep. Sometimes when I wake up. I mean when you're paying $28 for a kilo and a serving is a tablespoon, you can afford to splurge some. Some people though suggest taking it before a workout. The whole thing around it is when you work out, you burn up alot of your natural creatine. The idea of taking it after a workout is to restore your supplies, the idea of taking it before is to get it pumped up that way they stay even. Honestly in many cases it's preference, if you're really curious, look up a multitude of articles revolving around it at some place like the bodybuilding.com forums.
As for the anabolic, which if it works, is more or less going to be a legal steroid. And if it is suppressing estrogen, most likely it's going to #1. Decrease your libido. If you have a big issue with that, you could try some herbs like horny goat weed. Whenever I've tried estrogen suppressants, I just didn't care. What I did care was, #2. It affects your mood. Watch out, especially when you come off a cycle, it can create some downers. It also can create extra aggression. If you have an anger issue, probably not the best stuff. Finally, #3. Liver toxicity, and in alot of cases, lower estrogen means you're going to start having issues with your joints. They'll get stiff, pop, etc. (Don't worry. This isn't permanent. It's just because your body does not have the estrogen it should. To combat this, I use milk thistle for liver recovery(take it during the cycle), but if this stuff is really strong, that may not be enough. I know with things like Superdrol you need cycle support mixes which you can easily find in alot of online stores. The upside to these is that they mix alot of herbs together into one package that allows you to not BS around with multiple pills and powders.
I give two thumbs up to bulknutrition.com for almost anything you can find revolving around weightlifting and working out, plus then some. For whey proteins I mix it up between different places.
But if you're starting to fill the joint issues that I mentioned, get yourself some cissus quadrangularis. This stuff is a miracle drug when it comes to mending joints and bones. I'd suggest it even if you're not working out, and fractured, broken, or sprained anything.
I don't know much about the exact steroid you're taking, but my suggestion, research it. What I've written up to you is general knowledge dealing with these type of supplements, but each one reacts differently. Just as there is a huge difference between plain tribulus, and halodrol.
Honestly though, giving your product a second over, I don't notice more common ingredients to a steroid, usually beginning in methyl or andro.
My suggestion. Bring it up on a forum that is specifically geared towards bodybuilders. Someone is bound to have used it. I've found the best way to get a product judged, is by your own peers.

I can't put it any better than Finwe, but creatine is a must. I was maxed at 275lbs on bench and just couldn't get anymore weight up. I used creatine for about two months and my max shot up to 355lbs.
Glad you're doing better and out of that wheelchair.
Hey dek! Great to see ya again! And yea, I'm out of that darn chair -- heck, the surgeons even cleared me to go back to work and to go get my license renewed as well! The only things now are consistent pain (both by arthiritis and the not-so-perfect reconstructions) and the occasional minor surgery here or there (literally).
Nonetheless, I've read up on what you guys have posted in this thread (obviously) and also on other sites, this site has helped me understand what I need to be doing the most. Thus far I have stopped the "CMI Anabolic Signal" supplement for the time being and am in the loading phase of creatine. I was taking these pills, but I went ahead and stopped taking the pills, but instead purchased this form of creatine monohydrate in the powder form. And, of course, I am mixing it with a fruit juice so the sugar and carbs can break down, in turn, giving me an insulin spike. (supposedly vital to creatine's performance?)
Other than that I'm consuming a little over 200 grams of protein a day. Any suggestions on what else I should be adding or removing from my diet? Also, is it beneficial to take a day off from working out after a severe workout session?
Thanks,
-Murt

Creatine supplements are a great way to get more water into your system. Don't over do it (you're no super man, take a modest amount) and don't stay on it for lengthy periods, allow yourself time to detox from time to time. But yea, it'll help repair and make for faster recovery times. It used to take a whole day off my repair cycle when I was into weight training. It'll only work if you have plenty of nutrients/amino acids, ect, ect in that water your cells absorb though. So a good Multi vitamin also. And yes, just like everyone says, you will piss it all out. Thats the point, it's just to help your body repair itself faster after you've worked it out.
As for testosterone idk, never supplimented it before. I'm just a vitamin, protien/amino acid and creatine kinda guy. That's kinda of a hormonaly thing and really really weird stuff happens when you start playing with those. Bald women, boobed men... meh, no thx.
**and about taking a day off, YES, at least one day. Alot of people make a schedule. Arms and back- mondays and thrusdays. Chest and legs Tuesdays/Fridays. Abs everyday, but heavy heavy on weds. The whole start with a jog, I liked to jump rope (kicked my ass the first time i tried) try working up to a half hour brisk session for some good cardio.
Whatever works for you.
Most important thing of all would be your technique as you lift. Concentrate on your form and proper lifting, if you start losing your form you are no longer working out to your fulliest. Drop some weight and maintain good form at all time.
Proper lifting is important to not injuring yourself or screwing yourself up, protect yourself and get a better workout the smart way. Or you may have a painful reminder of your younger, dumber days.
Why take any supplement? Do it the natural way. Also, creatine is banned in some sports organizations which is a red flag.
