No Ventrilo when WAR is the active window?

I cannot get my ventrilo to work when WAR is the active window. I have tried all types of different things as far as configuration of the ventrilo client. Nothing seems to work...... Is it something to do with WAR..... My vent client IS up to date. Any Suggestions?

Are you using Vista?
Yes, 32 bit
Right click your vent icon and run it as admin. should fix all your problems.
Thank you I will try that. In the meantime if there are any other suggestions i am open to them all. Cant try any of them right now but never hurts to have a few possible solutions at hand when i get home.

Yeah, in vista you gotta run Vent in admin mode if you want the hotkey to xfer while in a game client.

Well, i ran WoW and AoC with the same vent.... Same system..... I dunno what the diff is between those games and this one as far as vent is concerned. But maybe i'll swing by the house at lunch and see if it works. Thanks for the input i really appreciate it.
