Not impreesed with EA/Mythic

So......is anyone else unimpressed by their level of service.

Having followed the installation procedure, i tried to enter into the game to finish off creating my account, my password was rejected and i was given the instructions to contact the help FAQ.

having sent a email to their tech support, still awaiting reply.

You would think they would have a contact telephone number at least, not to mention an account set up as with every other mmo game, where you don't need to verify by email to proceed to next stage of the account setup.

I mean it is 2008 is it not???

    When I got my retail key and tried to input it (and variations) and all I could get was 'invalid key' I sent in a request for support.

    This was 2 days ago now.

    I've never waited that long for and support department to respond before.

    I'm very unimpressed indeed.

    Dude retail keys were not active until 7:00 AM Yesterday pay attention  to the web site.

    yes, but considering that this is a password problem not a key code, kinda dispells the whole 7am thing

    From the things I am hearing, this could be the Achilles heel of WAR, and they should address it quickly. 

    I've had no need for CS, and everything I see so far is enjoyable.
