People are cheating big time ! Like, ounce a guy supposedly "helped" me do a mission I was sure he'd help us kill the mobs so shearing his XP was his incentive but when I entered the dungeon he told me to go back to the quest provider, two minutes later the mission was over and I had a *%#$load of XP more, I found out the third guy was his much lower leveled friend and he was giving him a "crash course" to the game ; as there's a maximum of 5 levels difference for XP sharing theres should be some king of similar mecanism for quest completion ... Another guy was always followed by two Away From Keyboard friends with twice his level so they wouldn't die unless forgotten for a long time, they had protective auras and other enhancing magic so it was a breeze for him to hunt. Anyway it's REALLY lame for those of us who worked hard to level up !

That would probably be the quest you get from gallus in whitebay, one of the few quests that is not distance restricted to complete it.
They'll probably change this in a patch as they always update old quests or add new ones.
The other thing you mention was a guy with three accounts it seems, dunno if this is illegal, if so they will be hard pressed to enforce it.

Is this your first time in an MMO? This happens in every mmorpg and is not cheating but rather a demonstration of how a community works. You have your choice as to how you want to proceed to do things and this is definately not cheating.
I personally always do what I need to do on the first time by myself because that provides excitement and exploration for me. Other people prefer to be helped with so they can advance as quickly as possible.
By the way - new sig .. pretty hot huh.

I understand how you feel that it is cheating. However people just want to see levels as fast as possible and not necessarily the content. Then they get higher level and all of a sudden there isn't fets any more... and they cry because they aren't gaining those levels. Basically I take time to do things myself so I can enjoy the game. Unfortunately at the moment Ac2 doesn't have the player base that makes doing everything possible, so you see even more of that kind of behavior.

Absolutely ! I did /cg and /cr for a long time before someone help me and it's usually someone in /cr with a much higher level then me so it's boring I just followed him. At least there's allegiances ! In the one I was people had max 5 level difference so it was cool and I got XP from teaming !

Get this on darktide a guy is in march lvl62 i was lvl55 i leave for 3 weeks and he is 68 then i leave again becouse population is to low he is after few weeks lvl71 then after week lvl73 and sell his account on ebay hehe.
60 a 70peeps in total most of time online of that about 35 anti and 25 rpk online from that 25 rpk he play maybe with 4 or 5 peeps he is in those months nowhere to be seen now rumor is that there was away in surten area that you could attack mobs by standing on someone and mobs could not hit you and they gather more then 300mil a hour xp lol cheating:P
He he its well know that they do this exploit but turbine dont care lol.
Btw on darktide characters are solid so you can stand on them:P

Yeah allegiance sharing XP is pretty cool ! I didn't know you could sell alt, does it happen often ? How much you get from it ? I hope you're not a cheater though.
