how do you get your pre order item in game?

I didn't look too much but i can't find my pre order items?
Anyone know how to get them? No one seems to know in the starting zones, which was the only place i asked cause after a bit it just continue playing.

My pre-order items arrived in the mail. So just find a mail-box and they should be waiting for you.
are the pre-order for 1 toon only because my freind is worrying
You go to the "My Account" option on your patcher and add the activation codes to your account.
After this your codes apply to all characters created on your account, so you do not have to worry about only having the option of obtaining those items on just one character.
Oh, and you get the items in the mail in-game.
