Mythic should make Warhammer Alliance their unofficial official forums...

They are great forums with a good crowd of Warhammer fans already and instead of hosting official forums themselves they should link Warhammer alliance forums on their patcher and act as if they're their official forums.

Its a cool site, but I have a problem with admins on there. When I first registered, like a year and a half ago. I made a post about darkfall, and I said if darkfall was released at the same time as war, I would probably try darkfall first. Well...I got flamed pretty good, which didn't bother me. I later got an "official warning" from an admin for trolling....
While WHA is a great site and the only one I still visit on a regular basis, I don't think this would be a good idea. For one itd push the other fansites into the background and disrupt the feeling they have now of being able to choose your own community while still being on a WAR-forum of equal measure to the others. And WHA allready has a lot of members for the mods to keep under control. With the extra innflux they'd get from official linking in the patcher and such, the quality of the forums would suffer even more than they are now.

WHA is the only MMO site were I've seen fanboys actively troll the user support forum.
WHAs moderators are fascists and most WHA users goes berzerk if you say ANYTHING bad about the game. I've been a memeber since 06/2007
about a year ago I made a thread on WHA where I made the suggestion that everyone should be able to attack everyone almost anywhere(order vs dest ofc). I recieved 6 pages of FLAMES
they should make their own forums.. this is pathetic.. the game to take onto wow.. acording to barnet.. doesnt even have forums.. even aoc had them..
VN is actually where they post more often than not. WHA is a joke. After recieving an infraction for trolling after telling someone good luck with WOTLK (they said they wouldnt play WAR after the PW and planned on waiting for wotlk) I asked in a PM to the mod how what I said was a troll post. I was told anything a mod deems a troll post is a troll post. I again asked how it was a troll post through PM not on the forums themself. I promptly recieved a week ban for questioning a mod.
Kind of reminds me of here where they give you all the tools to call someone a troll but if the person is thin skinned and reports you for a personal attack you can get a warning lol.

I recently had an issue with my CD key and after 5 days with nothing helpful coming in the 2 responses from Mythic support, I posted about my problem on WHA.
Within 2 hours, I'd received a pm from a member of Mythic saying they could help, and within 4 hours my issue was resolved.
Regardless of the misplaced comments and WHA staff being fascists etc (seriously guys, look up words before you use them. lol) I''ve had nothing but a positive experience there.
Incidentally, I always thought WHA was the unofficial official (there's gotta be a better phrase) site.
IMO, the staff there do a great job of dealing with the whinetards, which is lacking in most other WAR community sites.
