in Star Wars Galaxies

SOE expect to lure back Pre-CU and CU vets when they delete your toons?

That's exactly what happened. Loaded the game back onto the computer, downloaded everything else in about 2 and half hours, logged in, went to my server and *WTF???*  All toons are gone.

  And I should come back why?

    I have to admit this is the first time I've heard of this happening.

    How long was your account inactive?

    I guess this is just their final "frack you!" to their former customers.

    CH, Jedi, Commando, Smuggler, BH, Scout, Doctor, Chef, BE...yeah, lots of SWG time invested.

    I  am suprised that they do not enforce a toon wipe at x amount of unpaid inactive time and then advertise it as much as possible to squeeze $$$ out of the fearful.

    Sure you're on the right account?  Didn't give the info to someone else in the past?

    As far as SOE has said, they don't ever delete characters no matter how long they're inactive.  Having said that, the EULA does say that they don't guarantee your stuff will still be around after 3months of not paying.

    And the EULA says AFK play and credit sales are not allowed, so what's your point?

    I would have to estimate that my account had been inactive long enough for SOE to delete everything but not long enough for them to stop sending the "Hey Vet Come back and try SWG!!"
