where do i find information on the various mounts available?
where do i find information on things like... what exactly are champion- and hero- class mobs? are hero-class the equivalent of a raid boss?
again... if jacobs was intelligent, i wouldn't be having to search multiple sites on the internet to get BASIC gameplay information whilst surfing the net during free time, away from the house.
could we please get correspondent writers and moderators, on the eve forum at mmorpg.com, who are well-versed on eve-online and aren't just passersby pushing buttons? pretty please?

i couldn't fine a good source of the mob ranks but i can put some input on it
normal = normal mob
champion= elites
hero= raid boss
