i never did.. i always knew there wont be any .. not like i ever needed any
its like playing turbine games.. and asking for support..
and ea.. well thats whole new level of failure..

You want to know how bad and unorganized their support is? There is a Mythic Dev asking people with a certain type of account issue to give him their information and retail keys by private messaging him with their private account info on a fansite forum.

All signs I've seen show that he is genuine, and the WHA mods have given him the Dev VIP title. But since all contact is through 3rd party fan sites, it's definitely concerning. At least if you see a Dev post on an official forum, you can really believe they are who they say they are.

6 days, and still not heard anything from 'customer services'. I am close to binning the software and assuming I have been scammed by Mythic/GOA.

It takes 2 minutes to click on James username and look at ALL of his posts. He been apart of the community team for over a year.
If you frequently visit the warherald then you would know who james is.
