How to Remove Opening Cinematics

If you're sick of being deafened by the cinematic that the retail copy gives you, then it's easy to fix.
Go to your installation directory (default is C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsWarhammer Online - Age of Reckoning) and create a new folder. I called mine deleted cinematics.
Move video.myp and vo_english.myp into the new folder (or you could simply delete them) and voila! No more intro.
There doesn't seem to be anything you can do about the first 3 bits that come up, but that's no hardship imo.

Does this solve the problem of it taking 5 min for the game to actually get me to the character select, or is it to avoid the cinematic when I start a new toon.
I'd like to keep the cinematic when I start a new toon, but the time it takes to get to character select is driving me nuts.
I use the simple but effective escape key.

what annoys me is I have to accept ther eula everytime before the character selection

The EULA needs only be accepted once in my opinion as well.

I do wish it would save my checking the eula though.

not really...i hit escape and i bypass the opening cinematic too. I bought the NA CE version of the game, though i can't see how that would be different
It sure is annoying.
There is a way to disable that, but every time you run the patcher, it put it back in. I haven't figured out a way around that yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to have it posted under a different name.

I'm not sure what your point here is. The EULA clearly says that the account holder is responsible for the activities conducted under the account. It doesn't matter if it is your "friend, son, daughter, dog, cat, etc" that is logged in using your account, when you accept the EULA during your initial log in, you have already agreed that you are responsible. Having them click on it means nothing, since they aren't the account holder and aren't a party to the agreement.
Also, the EULA says that you aren't supposed to share your account (except with your children), so your "friend, dog, or cat" would be violating the EULA they were accepting.
I had actually gone back to using the beta client since the second cinematic with the hammer and axe float out and the Warhammer logo was also impossible to skip. It's only a few seconds, yes, but come on. I really don't need to watch it every time. No seriously, I don't. I know what game I am playing.
From what I understand, the EULA deal is a legal issue. I am sure Mythic would change it but when your legal department is saying "bad idea" you kinda have to go with the opinion of the professionals you're paying to cover your ass.
Yeah, that's what Mythic said. Funny, Blizzard doesn't have this legal issue with WoW. Maybe Blizzard has better lawyers or maybe it is because EA/Mythic doesn't own the Warhammer IP (and Blizzard does own the Warcraft IP).

Yeah I have the retail copy and I can NOT get passed the logo where Warhammer comes up though i can escape through the first one though i think it's the second one that they are talking about. And having played many MMOs ect.. believe I have tried the escape key, I know where it and what it looks like -_-
I also dont like having to accept the agreement each time but that's minor to me.

just to clarify..are wetalking about the cinematic opening or the warhammer logo part? cause the first (cinematic) i CAN skip, not the logo part (which honestly only lasts like 10 seconds so i never really bothered noticing)
Everyone can skip the first part with the esc key. This trick removes both that (save wear and tear on your keyboard) and the logo part where the sound goes really loud.

I posted this to help anyone in the same situation as many others are with regards to the cinematic. Yes, I have been using the word 'cinematic' and not 'trailer'. They are different things.
Now please, let's drop this. I quite honestly don't see the point in arguing with pixel people.
