Alright, The game is going to be named Enraged. It is going to be fantasy. I'm not asking for ideas about what to put in my game. I am 1½ years into it and im looking for people that might be interested in it.
Heres a Little about it but mainly i wanna answer questions because ill end up rambling.
Your going to be able to customize your character to the extreme. You can choose how tall you are, skin color, hair color, hair style, how built you look, and what you wear(when your not wearing armor).
Your going to start on a HUGE contenent (not yet named) that has 5 kingdoms. These kingdoms will all have different ups and downs as in what you can buy/sell there and other stuff still not decided.
You will be able to sail on boats. I am going to make 1 huge dock for every kingdom so that you can buy a boat and keep it there. I dont want sailing from place to place to be fast or like teleporting. I want to make it like an actual trip.
You will be able to learn skills and spells so that every character will be different. You won't have to choose whether your a druid, mage, warrior or any of that. The more you do something the better you will be at it. Just like real life.
You will be able to ride horses, donkeys, camels, huge wolfs, dragons and more.
I am working on a unique weather system that will actually have randomized yet rare tornados, hurricanes, typhoons, and even tsunamis.

What kind of budget/timetable are you working with? Any deadlines?

What's the world environment? Planet? Separate continents?
Do you have a storyline/lore?
What type of skill base - customized/package/level?
What type of skill balance system did you have in mind?
What type of character classes/races?
What skills do you have in mind for each class?
What weapon/spell/buffs types will be implemented?
Will you have player controlled pets? Do you have ideas for pathing/Ai?
Do you plan to have transportation - static/player-controlled?
Will you have a player/allegiance bank system? How will you organize the database for it?
Will you implement player/allegiance housing? What type?
What items do you plan to have in-game?
What type item-database do you plan to use?
Which combat system are you planning to use?
What creature races are you planning to have? What pathing and AI are you planning for mobs?
How will aggro be calculated?
Will the creatures have faction? Be social, BAF, or call for help?
Will you use solely player economy or NPC combination?
Will you implement an allegiance system - what type?
Will you have PvP or RvR - how will it be handled?
What are you planning for death? Penalties, etc?
Will you have a level cap?
What will you implement to avoid "grind"?
Will you have crafting? What resource system will you use?
How will you handle quests?
How will you address the issues of camping/kill-stealing/powerleveling?
How will you render the world (DirectX, OpenGL, etc)?
How will you handle multiple chat zones (Private, Allegiance, Group, Trade, Local)?
In local chat - how will you determine which of the 5k logged in players receive the message typed locally?
Network code.. sheesh. What protocols will you use, what movement predictors (client & server side) to minimize lag distortion?
Will you have multiple world servers and what load capacity do you anticipate on servers?
I don't want to overwhelm you with too many questions, so maybe if you could answer these to start with, we'd have a beginning of sorts.
