    I love shepherd's Pie :

    first Layer- Ground Hamburger or shaved steak

    Second Layer- corn, diced onions and diced carrots

    Third Layer - Mashed Potatoes

    Toped off with gravy

     

    I also love tuna fish sandwiches

    MMM nothing beats a pot of homemade chili

    3 or 4 large cans of tomatoes

    2 cans of pinto beans with jalepeno peppers

    1 pound of hamburger or steak sliced small

    1 large onion diced

    1 bottle of Heinz chili sauce

    small can of mushrooms

    healthy dose of chili powder 2 or 3 tablespoons

    teaspoon  black pepper

    MMmm good.
