Well from what ive seen , im really disapointed in how the kerras look (male) Now i dont have the cc disk ( ) So i cant tell if there is some cool looking possibilties , but from the screenshots i have seen they look unapealing imo.
The face looks really pudgy here Im wondering if they can have more of a sharper look?
This one looks quite a bit more cool but the face isnt sharp looking at all but it is an improvent to that other one in the screenie above.
Im wondering if anyone with the CC disk could post any pics of a cool looking kerra theyve made to see if there is any difference. Or maybe a couple varied faces of them.
Thanks.

It might be due to how the model was made. YOu can choose to make their cheeks wider or thiner, same with how the eyes, eyebrows, mouths, nose, etc look. Make them small, big, thin, or wide. So each model doesn't have to look the same. Also you can make the model look older or younger as well.
Here is the one I made.
Ah ok thanks , good to hear that you can adjust their cheeks i thought it might not have been a possibilty with kerras.

They look fine to me. In game that is. Only ones I really don't care for are the Humans, Ogres and Wood Elves.
Of course the Kerran faces dont look sleek compared to the female humans, they have fur like most cats.......
Here's a few different looks I created of the Kerra male. Facial features can be manipulated fairly well...but the Kerra does have a broad head regardless. Still they look pretty good for cat people, I think.
I taut I saw a putty tat!
Hehe...sorry, couldn't resist. They are so cute. I want one for my very own.
Anyways, seriously, though, I like the way most the player made ones look in the screens I have seen. Its the NPC ones that I haven't been too impressed with.
Everything born must die. All that is, will come to ruin. This is the essence of Doom. So sayeth the Doomsayer.

Remember though, those were Vah Shir in Everquest 1. These are Kerra. The ones on Luclin kinda evolved different then the ones on Norrath once they were blasted up to Luclin. In in Everquest 1, the Kerra in the Odus area (on the boat trip to Erudin from Qeynos) look different from the Vah Shir on Luclin.
I have to agree with you Nooblet, I don't like the male Kerra faces myself. They don't really look cat-like to me. I think the female Kerra faces are much more cat-like. One thing I find odd about the Kerra is where their ears are placed. Putting them higher up on the head would make them look better. The cat model from Horizons: Empires of Istaria, the Saris, now that really looked like a cat. The female Kerra do look better than the males. All the other models in EQ2 look terrific!
For an example of the Saris model follow this link:

You can place the ears higher or lower if you want when you create the character.
