Rainbow Graphics and Mr. Freeze.

When I can actually get into the game, I see textures of multiple rainbow colors, icons spread all over the ground, and black spots. If it does not do this, it freezes up and has abot 1 FPS then crashes. Also..there were some crashes that would hit my network as well. I wil post what I have done and my specs.

I had Zero problems in beta and the head-start. I have only tried the new Nvidia drivers 1.78 when I first encountered the issues.
I have underclocked to 50% in various degrees on my cards using riva. I have Uninstalled then reinstalled the game (after deleting ALL files). I have even reinstalled windows. I have tried to play in with the basic graphical options. I have tried to play without SLI. I have scrubed the drivers so many times then removed them...I cannot count. Heat is no issue. I have updated all BIOS, Mobo, and Sound drivers.
I am at a loss what to do next, except watch my kid play on my older computer which has a x800xt.
Anyone have any ideas that I could try?

Also, I have hit the old system restore back to last thursday in hopes of preventing.....to no avail.
Man that sounds pretty messed up and is not one of the problems i have heard of nor experienced. Check warhammer alliance peer to peer help forum.

Those are my specs. Now, It's a laptop. I gave my desktop to my brother. Ye, stupid. He had to have a computer. Anyways, this laptop runs World Of Warcraft (haven't played in forever), Lineage 2 (play everyday in high settings), and other games great. I get a few lag spikes every once in a blue moon but it's to be expected using a laptop with xfire, winamp, firefox, and a few other things open. Warhammer is different. IT USES TOO MUCH MEMORY. When I go into Warhammer even with everything closed I get a few lagspikes here and there. Sometimes, it's unplayable for a few seconds. Really frustrating TO SAY THE LEAST.
I really don't understand why Warhammer is the lagger. With it's graphics not even being that good, it loves to lag for me. I really don't understand it and sometimes it's frustrating. I even downloaded AVG yesterday and checked to see if I had any spyware, viruses, etc... to see if that was the problem, nothing. Checked registrys, everything fine. Did a disk cleanup to delete temp files etc... and that deleted 5g, lol. But overall didn't help at all. I then went ahead and uninstalled bullshit programs that I had installed. I still am getting lag here and there and can't figure it out. Even with low settings on Warhammer I get lag. The graphics aren't even that good. WARHAMMER YOU USE TOO MUCH DAMN MEMORY. As much as I love the game this is def. one of the flaws and it's def. one of those things I hate about the game. Lag here and there can really fuck you up. This is the only game I've had this problem with. My pc has been running like shit lately though, so I don't know what the deal is...tbh. I may have to reformat and see if that helps, doubt it. But I play lineage 2 every day and it never lags. I got on wow last week for 10 minutes and it didn't lag at all on high.....so ye....beyond confusing due to the lack of graphics quality with Warhammer. It just uses too much memory while playing. That's one of my guesses.
I had this exact problem with my old computer in OB.
Since I bought myself a new computer since then, I simply assumed the problem was that my old computer did not support the pixel or vertex shaders. But considering you're using two 8800GTX's, that probably isn't a correct conclusion. Maybe it has to do with your drivers, as you say you updated your drivers since you played in beta and head-start. If you can remember what they were, use the drivers that you originally had during those times if it worked fine then. If that doesn't work I'm at a loss, that's all I know of about the rainbows of doom.
UPDATE:
I may have stumbled onto something.......I went the virtual memory...bumped it to 4092mg (3000 was recommended)...it was at 2096.
Ive been playing lag/rainbow free for 15 min now...alt tabbed to boot.
UPDATE: At 16minutes...it happened. Back to square one.

Its not your computer, its something to do with with the way the game handles high speced computers.
After some serious hardware tests, Ive found the problem:
One stick of RAM was bad. I must have been on the cusp...WAR just happened to be the app it failed upon.
So...gotta get some DDR2 Ram.
That sux. Sorry to hear. No idea what your problem is. Yeah I couldnt get war to run off of retail cd's for some reason. I can install other games, rip cd's but I tried with two game discs and neither one of them would run. Had to go the digital download route to get the game.
