Got my shadow warrior to l19 and what i found odd was the fact that as a ranged dps type of char i found out that most classes who throw there weapons do as much or sometimes more dps then i do plus they can throw there weapon as far as i can shoot and arrow..Most likely the case for bright wizards too however there dps is far higher..
In cases where you use root for melee classes they can still throw there weapons as far as i can shoot my bow thus making root fairly irrevelant..
It would appear to me that throwing and axe, sword whatever should hardly have the same range as the bow of a shadow warrior nor making a key skill such as root irrevelant except slowing up the enemy in certain situations..
So ive pretty much given up on that class and will roll a healer (archmage) ....

lolwut.
its good you roll healer.. but you can trow weapon for hardly half range you can shoot .
trowing weapon does around 25-30 dmg.. at 30 lvl.. + chance to do something on some classes..
etc sword dancer have chance to inflict around 500 dmg to target if hes at low hp and you behind him.. happens once a lifetme.. .. white lion didnt had any trow bonusses at all.. most useless skill unless was improved..
Shadow Warrior is a utility class, not dps, and therein lies your problem.
What the hell is the OP on!? Your bow has a 100ft range, throwing weapons are maybe 65, probably less than 50ft. Also, they have one skill that lets them throw it, that does very minimal damage, and is basically to stop people with low health from getting away. You have many skills based entirely around your bow, learn2stance.
op is complaining that stuff like "throw choppa" is imbalanced?
some people really will cry about anything wont they?
Just a possibility:
OP was the worst Shadow Warrior possible.
"A Blademaster's throw ability out damaged my archery at 19th level.."
no wonder those RVR battles seemed so easy to me. I must have been mowing him down.
