Every level I get a Bonus Point, and then spend these on Growth Vials. However, once I use the vial, the stat that goes up is random. Is there any way to change it so that I can pick whichever stat I wish to put my vials on?

I don't think so. Either way the stats that the growth vial give can be used in any character because it gives + to your character's int and might. So I don’t see the point why you still want to pick the stat that you wanted since the growth vial gives + to all stats
growth vials can be found in monster loots. i think its the one you have to right+click first then random books are gambled, and you can get the vial from there. it is used to give a small amount of stats to your mercs, but im not really sure if it is for just a period of time or permanently. nevertheless, it will boost your party's strengths.

Yep I know that but the problem is the stats these vials generate are random. Meaning if the vial adds up STR to my shaman then that's it. Seriously, I don't think my shaman need more STR to use for whacking up monsters. She just sets them afire. I still think its dumb to put a random stat generation on the growth vial.
