What are the disadvantages of going first in PVP?

Currently, with what I know, going first in pvp is one of the easiest ways to get yourself screwed over.
The disadvantages:
Your opponent can use magic on his first turn
Your opponent can use two characters on his first turn
You generally only have 80-100 action power on the character and are forced to either wait or guard
You feel fatigue first due to your strength diminishing on round 17 (losing health per turn)
The advantages:
Going first with a stunning based formation is a huge advantage
It just looks like going first is an omen

im not really sure if the pvp is randomed of which will get the phase first. it maybe randomed, depends on the character level, or maybe the agility of your party (stats). i have to say it will be an advantage since you can cast buff spells with your party members or debuff enemy members (of course if you have the appropriate job).
