Lore? yes.  Tabletop combat and gameplay. No. But sorta.

No, the fact that Humans and Dwarves traverse across Ulthuan should be a clear sign of that. The High Elves would never allow that to happen. Dwarves and High Elves have a long standing fued, and any alliance between them would only be temporary. Dwarves, like the High Elves, jealously try to preserve their homeland, and so the same goes for them especially with Humans.

These races would never establishes a long standing alliance, even the Destruction races. They couldn't go a week without backstabbing eachother.

If you're a WAR fanboi though, chances are you know jack about Warhammer Fantasy lore. You're going to get plenty of people, like the first idiot, that proclaim the game sticks true to the lore despite the obvious.

    LOL!

Your welcome. I’m not really sure what you are looking for, its the warhammer world, but it plays like a DnD game, not a Miniatures game.

You may have to be more specific.

It absolutely does. The game is a continuation of it, and they NEVER said the alliance was permanent. You’re assuming to much. Warhammer online is , like I said, another chapter, not a recreation of any times past, to the Warhammer storyline. Consider it a branch if you will, locked in time (the games time) to it.

Anything other than that is Warhammer Tabletop snobbery.

Please read: This. Then come back.

Yeah thats what i thought, I personally think instead of going for the typical one allegiance verse another they should of kept the rivalries created in original lore. Like i could never see Orcs and goblins  fighting along side chaos unless it benfitted them in either loot or killin' stunties! And like you said elves allowing dwarves to freely travel around their kingdoms is just nonsense. Id rather play  a race and be fighting for that particular races personal goals. But maybe thats just me being picky. Oh well, I'll still give this game a whirl just so i can Walk around the world i have read so much about all these years.

    Peace x
