Ogres are pretty awsome.
But i think they are neutral.
Eh I didnt think ogres were a faction in tabletop Id rather have one of:
Destruction
Skaven
Beastmen
Chaos Dwarves (they are quite cool have black beards that look like dreadlocks magic, slavery and like the greenskins)
Vampire Counts
Order is so much harder
Lizardmen (in Altdorf its horrible I know)
Bretonnians (there are no mounts difficult kotbs will be in empire so what classes....ummm)
Wood elves and forest allies(3rd elf class sucks I know but lots of interesting classes potentially dryad would be cool wood elves are very different from high elves unlike most fantasy games)
Vampire Counts.
No one would play order. Ever.

AMG i forgot about Chaos Dwarves, They were so cool and swish. I wish they would introduce them back into the tabletop nevermind the mmo!
Yeah your right ogres would be neutral but with only two factions to choose from they would more than likely fall into the Destruction.
And Lizardmen walking around Altdorf would be just horrible.
How they will implement them (if they actually do) as a playable race will be interesting.

They would easily fit in with the destruction faction because they worship chaos gods.

Tomb Kings please. I wish to see Giant Scorpions. Perhaps as a mount or something.

I really hope it's Skaven, or Tomb Kings. Those races are just so unique and cool I'm dying to play one.
