So whats the word for the winners of the contest that ran a week ago, havent seen any info as of lately, only people having issues with TTH.

beta still has not started..
and they still have not sent the keys.

The word is that they'll be sent out when they're ready for us to test. It could take quite a while before we see the keys.
Yep. CME will email us when it's time.
Beyond that, only general info can be given. The NDA usually puts quite a lid on the feedback BETA-players can give...
That's not to say I'm not sitting on the edge of the chair waiting for someone...anyone to share what information they might have...
Still very much looking forward to this MMO - which has a distinctive different take on combat than most...
i read on this forum that it could be days/weeks or even months before beta access is given to those who won like in case of AOC
I don't care when they pass out the keys. I just want a chance to play it!
A friend told me that Stargate Worlds Beta is starting on October 15th. They had a stress test recently, so the results of that stress test probably are the reason that they're pushing it back. After all, "Servers can't take the load" is a great reason to, say, push it back.
Not the best sign ever, but hey, 'tis life. Every MMO in the history of ever has had to do things to deal with server load.

So where do you go to find out who won them? I think that it is great that they pushed back the date if the stress test didn't do so hot. One thing we all hate is if lag gets in the way.

CME and SGW are sticklers about the NDA (Which I think is great)
If someone were to leak info they would have their beta Access revoked immediately.
If there are bugs in the game the public dosen't need to know about it.
Although I'm sure with that many TTH people in Beta leaks are bound to happen.

Yeah, but you can still give your view on the game vithout violating the NDA.
mayby:P but i will play to check how it is... (and it cant be worse then wow so i think i will play to the end of beta too mayby even more) so well i might give you some hints about how it is:) and no i will not tell you about all the bugs i find... they are ALL MINE!!!!!!

Giving out an opinion gained through being in a beta......
(Non Discosure Agreement) means you don't disclose any information about the Beta. This means your opinion also. They can and will ban you if they deem it's necessary. All it takes is 1 Dev/GM/Mod to make up their mind on the matter.
As a Beta tester it would be your job to find bugs & give opinions on the state of the game and game changes. It isn't some golden carrot to impress others. Sure being the first to play a new and exciting game is awesome. But being one of the first to be banned for running at the mouth......no thanks.

Might wanna watch what you write in these forums. If you got a beta key and signed the NDA, then saying anything like this is against the NDA...
Well, I hadn't signed it yet and still haven't. Will be in a few though, so I guess I can't say anything starting......NOW!
I signed up for beta at the very beginning, and still no answer. guess i have to wait for open beta, if there will be any such thing. Not all games have open beta at all. Would be cool to have a key tho
