As long as they stay above about 60-70,000 subs they can remain profitable due to the large amount of launch sales they had according to their financial release. So as long as their attrition rate isn't too high they will be ok.
I still fail to understand , why is the game still up and why we are still discussing a closed chapter ?
Anarchy Online had been Funcoms cash cow and if this game continues then it is going to be its drain and so the stocks will be back , where they belonged 5 years previous to today.
Looks like they are on an Ego trip to make this game a success.
I wonder , why they are not remaking it or something , what they developed anyways is full of flaws and completely illogical.

Not to mention AoC inherited any bugs AO had since they reused a bulk of it's code. They honestly should have spent more time in development then releasing before WLK or warhammer. No patience = no success.
Is it going well for funcom...no. But you have to look at the entire picture, and all thier financial statements rather than look at just the stocks. I mean if nearly all the companies that had horrible MMO's in the last 10 years still have them running...im sure funcom can as well. Oh wait, Anarchy Online 7years...

Correct. You can almost buy 2 - 20oz bottles of your favorite soft drink for the price of a share of funcom atm.
