GRAAL TOURNAMENT ONLINE! Free java-based RPG

I just played the new FREE Graal game. It is better than I expected. There is a review on http://www.freewebarcade.com. The game has 32 quests with over 400 level! That should keep me busy for awhile image. Here are screenshots of the Graal T.E..

I played Graal a long time ago, and went to try it again recently, but came under the impression that it now cost money.

I'm on the 3rd quest. How do I catch the Golden Bass? I bought some bait from the fish market (not the fisherman). I'm at Hydlide Lake but haven't seen the Golden Bass yet. Not sure if you have to catch it or talk to the fisherman. I would be greatful if someone could help me.

Hey, Graal's free again. I used to play this game years ago, and for a free little timewaster of a game it was actually kind of fun. Glad to see they havent sold out all the way then.

I play it for nostalgic reasons. Ever since I played Zelda for GameBoy, I have been hooked on games like this one. I also remember when Graal started out. It is definetly a fun game and Graal Tournament actually has a good story.

does the game not have a link bob? i liked graal too, but you presented a game that looks like a modified classic, and didn't tell anything about or give a link. is it multiplayer? a mmopg java game? why would cyberjours make a java version of classic; classic being an important moneymaker.

  • FaintFaint Member Posts: 82

yes. Please tell me the link.

This is more than likely in no way endorsed at all by Cyberjouers. It's obviously just a modified version of Classic, which used to have a very extensive single player experience and came with all the tools necessarry to modify and the like. Now however, that's been stripped and multiplayer is no longer free.
    The real site is www.graalonline.com

and if it reminds you of Snes Zelda, that's because it is
When it was first developed it was made as kind of multiplayer zelda experience but thanks to copyrights quashing it they renamed it Graal, and edited what was necessary. (Although some old fileextensions where clearly held over from the Zelda days)

well, obviously it's a modified classic, but the singleplayer java game is anywhere you want it. it wouldn't surprise me to see a rogue revival of classic, graal somehow attracted some of the most bright and proactive players i've ever come across. which really makes no sense when you look at how stupid graal is, but hell, i played it too. what i don't see is the damned link, and whether it's multiplayer, and if it isn't why it would be here. i'm looking at bob for that.

on a side note, anyone had a look the graal-3d stuff? isn't it sad and horrible?

  • bigstylebobbigstylebob Member Posts: 13
    It's a multiplayer game.

That monster from the first screenshot has been ripped from Super Mario 2. No joke.

  • bigstylebobbigstylebob Member Posts: 13
It wouldn't suprise me. The graphics are similar to Zelda for SNES.

  • fentanylfentanyl Member Posts: 23

hey bob, where do you play this game? you've never supplied a link. i used to play graal and enjoyed it, and wouldn't mind playing graal with other people (since you claim it's multiplayer) again. yet, you never supply a link. just the freewebarcade thing which has been down for forever, and has annoying pop-ups.
