This system worked awesome in the Stress test for WoW
The only thing I want to change is 512mb to 1gb just because the extra is good. Maybe get a bigger HD in the future but I don't store much data on my comp.
"Suddenly I heard a Tapping..as of someone gently Rapping..Rapping at my Chamber door". You heard me Rapping right?
This crappy computer is able to run Wow in full details on 1024*768.. the graphic card is crap with a bette r one no problems even in the highest resolutions.

Not sure if I'm going to need to upgrade in order to play EQ2 or not. I may just settle with running it at a lower setting....would be no big deal as EQLive I played at lower settings just to minimize lag in large raids. I know for WoW I would be set...but like any self respecting gamer I always want bigger, badder and better I just need to win the lottery so I can build me a kick ass system that will be surpassed in another 6 months and then build another...and then another....and....
Just buyed recently(late summer 2004, same time Doom3 was out althought I dont play that type of games, coincidences)(when I start playing CoH), I will change it in 2007 or so...may replace Video card and put it on back up computer as well...and improve the Ram as needed. I am a little clueless on details, a friend of mine that ''know'' computers did it for me.
- Intel 3.0 (3.2 price was exploding when I buy it so I stop there)
- 1 meg of Ram
- Video card was the second most recent of the big line that is not ATI, I was thinking about ATI myself but rl friend told me not, and the most recent card was a waiting way to long, so took second most recent...I am to clueless to give number hehe, cost me more then the Motherboard hehe. (can te number be something like 5800? memory fuzzy and at work now)
On windows XP.
Run CoH ''MARVELously''.
- My back up computer is AMD 1.2, 256 meg of Ram, Hercule Prophet 64...will get the other video card as I upgrade my new main computer, it was running EQ fine unless big raids, in GoD it was lagging but acceptable. On windows 98. Could not run FFXI, CoH or anything recent, but until spring 2004, I never experience an impossibility to run a game I like. Buy it in summer 2001.
I remember my computer crash a lot with the AMD setting, I still have to crash once with my intel, and I really start loving that stability.
