I would like to know once most of the population in WAR hits 40 will it become a complete repetitive game: i,e (BG's in WOW). Since it is centered around RvR and you need to max your renown points. What else will there be to do besides RvR. Once you do max renown points and have all the best gear you can get for your class then what will it offer.?

thats about how wow is ...once you get best gear for your toon teir 6 whats next all MMOs are like that what do you expect go play console
why must you QQ so much ...
Yeah what exactly would you expect to do? None of these mmos are actual worlds where you are meant to live a virtual life. You play the game, go up the levels and when you have reached the top level and got all the gear you can wander around killing people until the boredom sets in. Then you either start a new character and do it all over again or you just stop playing the game (because you have completed it) and play something else.
Its a game. Its not meant to keep you occupied for the rest of your life.
Pretty much most MMOs nowadays are like that, unfortunally. You get richer and richer, kill more and more but that's it. That's why so many players are desperate for a new sandbox game.

What MMO with a lvl cap hasn't been the same way?
Oops I guess what im saying here is that getting 40 will be alot quicker than it is in WoW to get to 70 and fully geared. Im seeing that WAR will have alot more people in the end game sooner than most MMO's. Im just curious to see what else will it offer. Correct me if I'm wrong if getting to 40 will take longer than I think. Seems it will be just as fast as AoC was. Will this make people leave? or do they have other things that will keep people interests.

Well....ummm.....what "people" are you referring to? Its a very general question that no-one can possibly answer. How can anyone predict what every player of Warhammer is going to do once they reach the top?
It depends on the type of player doesnt it. The kind of player that plays WoW for years after reaching the end, doing the same stuff over and over again will probably do the same with Warhammer. The kind of player who gets bored with repitition will probably leave and play something else. Warhammer offers more as "end content" than WoW does because you can continually lay seige to the enemies cities and raid all the zones and there is more purpose to it as the game is built around the concept. Its Waaarrrrrr!!!!!

So wait, WAR is better than WoW in that it's endgame is repeatable and repetitive just like WoW's is?
PVP/RVR or PVE doesn't matter-- you're still doing the same old thing over and over.
Fanboy platitudes like this are why bad games continue to be made. Not that I think WAR is a bad game, but really. It's like you didn't even think about what you were actually saying before you spat it out.
OP:
Why do you even bother to ask such a BROKEN question?
Repetetive = What you call a game you have gotten tired of.
Simple, you only say it's repetetive when you get tired of it. There is no answer to your question. Get there and see how you like it. You have to answer it yourself :P

Rather, any theme park MMO is repetitive by virtue of the fact that it's just a bunch of 'rides' for players to go on. The only non-repetitive content that I have ever encountered in MMOs is when it's player driven, in sandbox games. Particularly in a game like SWG before that bullshit hologrind craze kicked in.

RvR continually changes, PvE dungeons are always exactly the same static encounters.

The only thing that changes are the names on your screen, and over a long enough period of time they will all blur and become one faceless mass, with the exception of a few talented individuals.
The game got pretty repetitive for me at level 25. At level 40, it can only get worse.
every MMO is a grind what do you expected to pay 14 dollers a month for .....otherwise if you want to play a game that is not a grind play a console game for 60 bucks and beat it in one day .....consoles games these days focus on graphics so much that there content is shit ....and you can beat it in one day ....id rather play my MMO grinds to were i can constantly get my moneys worth

I've played MMOs long enough to know that PVP can become just as boring and monotonous as PVE. In a different way, sure. But no less repetitive.
Do you really think WAR city raid #200 is going to be significantly different from #199? From #300?
so far I would say that WOW at 70 is alot more fun then WAR at 40
why, what can you do in wow at 70?,raid raid raid raid. wow has added 4 years of content come back in four years and see what war has.

LOL yea who knows maybe war will not suck as bad in 4 years.

Well at 40 you got scenarios, open field rvr, sieges, and tons of lore to unlock that you probably missed powerleveling up to 40 this quick. Im guessing that your renoun rank probably isnt maxxed either.
Dont know why anyone would power level in this game, this isnt wow, you dont need to pve power level, so you can then gear grind, so you can then enjoy the pvp without being a total gimp.
If that isnt enough, i would roll another character, you probably havent even set foot in the other race maps, let alone touch on their lore.
Theres a lot of content to cover in only 40 levels.
